Hello. My name is Tioko Tomia, I'm a professional adventurer. Owning a house in Ishgard has been a long-standing dream of mine, and I was overjoyed to finally get a place to call my own.
As a brand-new houseowner, I discovered my sudden passion for gardening and creating beautiful and cozy compositions. But what's the point of a garden if nobody is there to see and enjoy it?
So I am opening up my house as a private venue. Need a place for a romantic date, or perhaps a private tea party? Cozy Gardens will open its doors.

Location
Cozy Gardens Estate is located right next to Snowsteep Springs, where you and your companions can take a relaxing swim and enjoy the sauna before or after your visit.
To reach the house, just head downstairs from the Southeast Subdivision aetheryte. You can't miss it :)

Outdoor Garden
Enjoy the quaint, natural and deliberately unkempt garden.
If the weather is fine, be sure to check the first-person view from the treehouse in the back.
I have the best scenic view in all of Ishgard, if I do say so myself ;) Simply breathtaking at night, perfect for stargazing.
But even if the weather is treating you badly today, the gazebo provides a nice vantage point to look out at the garden from.

Reception Garden
Once inside, you can leave your coats in the wardrobe and enjoy some tea and cakes in the reception area.
Relax and enjoy the music, and if you need anything, just ask the Lalafell staff.

Main Garden
Have a tea party or a hearty meal in the garden-style dining room.
It can accomodate parties of up to 6 people, as long as I put up additional chairs :)
Also feel free to use the kitchen, if you're so inclined.

My room
As this house was originally meant to be a private residence only, the room is furnished to my liking, with a one-person bed and extra blankets for cold Ishgardian nights.
I leave its use to your discretion.
